Founded on January 25th, 2022, Skala Industries is the brainchild of 6 visionary investors, 2 of whom still own equity in the company. Our majority stakeholder and CEO, Nate Skala, has always been passionate about creating a company that offers vending services but with the vision of expanding into other industries in the future.
Currently, our focus is on the vending industry and we differentiate ourselves from the competition by ensuring our vending machines are always stocked with fresh and high-quality products, never empty, and equipped with the latest technology. We also train our team to be friendly and provide a top-notch customer experience. Plus, our service is completely free for qualified business locations.
Our competitive landscape has a high share of individual operators who view vending as a side hustle, leading to a lack of customer focus. However, we see this business model as a scalable opportunity to provide a high-quality consumer experience. We are confident in our unique approach to the vending industry because we make sure that our machines never have expired items, and are always clean and presentable.
Our Leadership team, headed by Nate Skala as CEO and Richard K. Salas as CLO, has a wealth of experience in sales and law. We are excited about the future of Skala Industries and look forward to growing our team with the right individuals.
