A Skala micro market: open shelving, a self-checkout kiosk and a cooler bank.

Skala Industries / Support

Something not right? Tell us, and it gets fixed.

There is no call centre between you and the person who stocks your market. Reports land on the same board the restock list is built from, which is why telling us something is always sold out actually changes what turns up next week.

What this page is for

One form, three jobs.

We deliberately run a single place to tell us things. Two forms means two half-read inboxes, and the thing you reported sits in whichever one nobody opened.

01 — Something is wrong

A fault, a charge, a shelf

A kiosk that won't take a card, an item that didn't come out, something out of date on a shelf, a cooler that isn't cold. Add a photo if you have one — it is usually faster than a description.

02 — Something is missing

Ask us to carry it

Tell us what you want and roughly how often you would buy it. Frequency is the part that matters: a thing three people ask for every week beats a thing one person might try once.

03 — Always sold out

That one has its own answer

If something you buy is never there, the fix is to stock it deeper, not to add something else. Say so on the form and it changes the fill target for your location rather than joining a wishlist.

Send it in

Takes about a minute.

Three of the seven questions are required. An email address is optional — leave one only if you want to hear back about this specific thing.

The form is loading. If it doesn't appear, you can open it in a new tab or email support@skalaindustriesllc.com.

Quick answers

Before you write to us.

The kiosk wouldn't scan my reward barcode.

Turn your screen brightness up and hold the phone flat against the scanner rather than at an angle. If it still won't take, the twelve digits printed under the barcode can be typed straight into the keypad — that always works.

I was charged and the item never came out.

That is a vending fault rather than a market one, and it is refundable. Send us the location, the approximate time and what you were buying using the form on this page, and we will find the transaction and put it right.

Something I buy every week is always sold out.

Tell us, because that is a fill-target problem we can fix rather than a preference we have to weigh. Choose “Something is always sold out” on the form. Repeated reports at one location change how deep that item is stocked on the next visit.

Can I ask you to carry something you don't?

Yes, and it is the single most useful thing you can send us. The same form takes item requests. Tell us how often you would actually buy it — that is what makes a request decidable rather than just a nice idea.

Something in the market is broken, dirty or out of date.

Please report it the same way, with a photo if you can. Fresh items are dated and rotated on every visit, so anything out of date is a miss on our side and we want to know which shelf it was on.

I'm a host, and something needs attention now.

Use the same form and add your building name, or email support@skalaindustriesllc.com. Hosts have a named contact here in the valley rather than a ticket queue, and anything affecting service gets picked up the same day.
